Walk right out to the lake from the living room and 2 of the 4 bedrooms also walk right out to the lake. Ping pong, Kayaks, Foosball, Daybed Swing on the dock, 2021 Bennington 22 Pontoon Boat is available to rent to guests for $495 per day or discounted rate to for use of boat during your entire stay. It is a huge advantage to have a boat ready and waiting for use day or night while you are at the house and when you rent our boat we include skis, tow toys, wakeboard, kneeboard, ropes, premium lifejackets, etc. (It is suggested that you go online to get your Virginia boaters license).
Nearly everything is provided for you including luxury organic 100% cotton premium linens, and large luxury bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Also provided are hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, k-cup coffee pods, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Prepare for a truly relaxing and fun vacation!!

The way the rental works for the boat is:
1.All users sign DocuSign rental agreement that will be emailed (I need names and email addresses) Previous boating experience is required. Virgina boaters license is highly suggested. These can be obtained online at a number of websites for about $40 and include an online course which can take a few hours but well worth the time.
2.Security deposits and rental fees are vemoed to @Robin-Ringer-3 no later than the evening of the day you arrive. (this gives you a chance to inspect the watercraft before committing to the rental) Security deposits are returned no later than 72 hours after departure.
3. A rental day is a full 24 hours and starts at 5am daily.
4.Boat rentals includes use of all tow ropes, towables, waterskis (except the pink slalom ski), wakeboards, etc. (Renters who are using their own boats do not have access to these items.)
5.Gas level should be left full (I will reimburse you if gas is less than full at the start of your rental-snap pictures of gas gauges at start of rental and text to 336-542-8833)
