«Nice hotel, very good especially for the price»

«The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms.»

«Hotellet er slitent, det er langt over vedlikeholdsetterslep. Det trenger full sanering fra topp til tå. Det var så mye støv på rommet, det lå lag på alle møbler. Og det var flekker på teppet og sofa. Det var så ille med støv, at selv vi som ikke er astmatikere eller har lungesykdom syns det var ille. Inngangsdøren var duck teipet sammen og det var skader på skap og dører. Bildene på bookingen så ikke helt krise ut men virkeligheten er mye mer slitt og gammelt. Puss opp eller steng ...

«I booked two bed rooms apartment for one night here? Check in was ok. When we enter the apartment it was very cold. There were two room heaters, one in the upstair and other down stair. Around 9.00 p.m. something happened to electricity and both room heater stopped working. I called on the hotel number and after many rings, reception lady answered but she was not willing to help at all. I tried to fix self but fuse box was locked and it become very cold in the apartment. I called her again and ...
