«What a great hotel. The service, the food, the staff, the spa. Everything was amazing!! Everyone working there take really good care of you. We tried all the restaurants and all of them offer amazing food. Saigon was really special for us, with Melve working there, giving us the best service and recommendations. Thank you Melve ☺️ and thank you for the candle. 🙏 The Rooms, the breakfast and a very very clean and nice hotel. »

«Ganske slitt hotell. Frokost ok.

«Veldig sentralt, rett over veien for ramses togstasjon. Bra frokost, men ikke buffé. Resepsjonen kan hjelpe. Ikke flyplass transport som det står. Litt »

«The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel ...

«The hotel is well maintained, conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. It is clean and quiet. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again next year when in Cairo.»

«The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. »

«Veldig flotte rom og eksepsjonell betjening!»

«We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our ...

«I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House ...

«An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!»
