«Had an amazing time. Beautiful onsen with views of Mt. Fuji from the viewing garden and baths. Great food at the buffet. Very spacious room. Can’t recommend this place enough! »

«Very nice hotel. Very close walking distance to the train station of Hakone-Yamato and restaurants and shops I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that i didnt like was that the smoking area wasnt closed properly so several times i smell the cigarettes in the hallway »

«I was a bit worried leading up to the trip about how to get there but they had some pretty good instructions on their website. They have a free shuttle that comes to the Shuzenji station about every hour or 2 (timetable is on their site) so all you need to worry about it getting to Shuzenji station which you can figure out using Google Maps. «Ten of us checked in in the five rooms, sadly one of the rooms were not properly cleaned, we found some dirt on the carpet, but we did understand the incident should be caused by the previous guests, and the hotel was nice enough to change to a bigger room for us. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel was quite newly refurbished, just unlike other old-fashioned onsen hotel, the entertainment in this hotel was quite limited.
