The villa has two independent entrances, front and back, which guarantee comfort and privacy. Inside there is an equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor area, where there is also an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with bunk bed and single bed. From the rooms there is access to a lovely outdoor veranda, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners in total tranquility.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the corridor serving the rooms and kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker and outdoor shower. Free parking is conveniently available on the street, right in front of the house. The location is really strategic: next to the structure there is a bar and a supermarket, the sea is just 200 meters away, while the first equipped beach can be reached in just 500 meters.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
