Other things to note

Guests must review and digitally sign an acknowledgement of York’s
Conduct Rules before check-in. This is handled electronically by Propr
and should take only a few minutes.

Guest and vehicle details must be provided before arrival so that
estate access can be arranged.

A backup generator supports common areas and lifts during power
interruptions; it does not provide backup electricity inside the
apartment.

Linen, bath towels, tea, coffee, sugar and shower amenities are
provided. Shared facilities remain subject to operating hours, Conduct
Rules and availability.
