«Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. «Window unit was pretty loud. The staff was nice. I did not have any trouble checking in. The outside was lovely!»

«The stay wasnt bad at all.»

«Nice rooms and clean»

«Great location. Love the manager happy hour. Quiet rooms. Only issues was lack of information on 10th floor. Went to take a swim but was closed for private party during middle of the day. There was no signage to say closed. Be nice if bars were open later and have a tv. Streaming on tv in room kept freezing»

«While a little noisy with the highway right next door, it wasn't bad. Room was nice, with a good bed. Very close to, and easy to navigate to the airport. We got checked out very early for a morning flight. Definitely did the job. Room had a fridge and microwave.»

«It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at the restaurant was so-so. It’s a good place to stay for a business trip or if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. The gym was decent and the pool looked lovely, but we did not use the pool.»
