«The only bearable thing in this place was breakfast. There is no AC or even a fan in the rooms, with hot temperatures it was unbearable. No room refrigerator for drinks. Room was provided with two small bottles of water but no bottle opener. The furniture seen much better days. Mattress hard like a rock. Terra cloth bedding unpleasantly harsh. Thin synthetic towels were previously used to map the floor. Service definitely not customer oriented, whole place stop caring about 30 years ago. Poland ...

«Dette er virkelig ett hotel å anbefale, er det noe man lurer på så er dem flinke til p hjelpe deg. Super fornøyd med oppholdet»

«We stayed at 7th room for 1 night during our Auschwitz visit. The hotel has car park for 7 cars in the backyard included. The key was in a codebox at main door. The code was given to us as a message in the hotels.com app. Very convenient. The room is clean, and the beds comfortable. No aircon, but you can open the windows fully, or bring a fan. The facility has a full kitchen you can use, to feel like home. It has 3 rooms on the ground floor and 4 at the 1st floor. A pleasant stay all in ...

«Litt kluss med innsjekk. Rommet var ikke klart før etter innsjekkstiden.»

«Veldig bra »

«Fresht og moderne, veldig rent og godt utvalg til frokosten. Dyre priser i restaurant og bar, og terassen var ute av drift noe som var litt synd.»

«Veldig bra Hotell i sentrum av Katowice, god service, god mat og store fine rom»

«Nice hotel, central in Katowice. Good breakfast, and nice staff at the breakfast. The staff in the reception were no good. They did not welcome us in a nice way, and they did not care asking about the stay when we checked out.»

«Friendly staff, OK food, old rooms with not so good beds. No AC in room with 31 celsius so had open window and train passed close to the hotel several times during night. »

«Very basic old hotel, almost a motel style. The only reason to stay here is due to lack of other choices in the city. Overall we had good experience, just the hotel class is below most others we’ve stayed in. Location is central and convenient, also next to the train station. Unfortunately we also had an issue with the A/C unit making loude noise every few minutes.»

«Great Hotel overall. Very good avskyr for money. Nice little SPA. Clean an quiet. Lunch at the restaurant was also very Nice. Super service and great food. A bit out of the center of Katowice, but tram stop just 1 min from the hotel. »

«Konfortabelt og stille hotell. Koselige ansatte. Vi var der i den varmeste perioden og satte spesielt pris på god aircondition på rommet.»

«Very good situated. Quiet but central. Brand new. Nice breakfast.»
