The multi-level townhome is on one side of a large duplex. Enter the home through the ground level and follow the steps upstairs. Once upstairs, you are greeted by a unique floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats up to 8, and a recessed living room. Step down from the dining area into a spacious living room that overlooks stunning vistas of dune grass with the Atlantic ocean behind it. The living room has shiplap details and crisp linen sofa slipcovers that enhance the coastal decor with natural light, and soft tones that give way to the wide-open breezes on the wrap-around porch.
There are three bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The main level primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has a sliding door leading to the porch with ocean views. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a tub and shower combination and is also accessible from the living area. The two remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The ocean side bedroom has a with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, the second guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. Each has attached bathrooms with tub and shower combinations.
There are a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. The vast backyard is wide open and perfect for family fun outdoors and includes a gas grill for cookouts and a fire pit for chilly nights. Follow the bridge to the beach pathway that leads to a wide-open expanse of beach - watch the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, stroll for hours collecting treasures. Walk the shoreline to the pier, or north to the Tybee Lighthouse all within walking distance.
