When you first arrive, you'll have immediate access to the property as you use the keypad and self check-in procedures. There's no need to meet with any agents or property managers here. Your privacy is one of our top concerns. Enjoy the outdoor lighting that comes on automatically at night too. You maintain your privacy while remaining safe on vacation the entire time.

Share the sleeping arrangements between the bedroom and living room. There's a king-size bed and sleeper sofa, so your two or four guests will be completely relaxed each night. Spread out to the adjacent couch as well. The property has a lot of open space for your convenience.

Relax with heat and air conditioning in every room. You also have the option of turning on the ceiling fans. Many visitors simply open up the windows so that a cross draft can move through the rooms. Comfort also extends to the living room's furniture. Two cozy sofas and a soft ottoman give you plenty of room to enjoy a good book, TV and other activities.

Allow the Beachside Villa to take care of you when you're on vacation. This rental comes complete with towels and linens, which reduces your packing volume considerably. Enjoy television in either the living room or bedroom. Discover the fireplace in the living room, which is perfect on those cooler evenings. You'll also find Wi-Fi and its corresponding password in Unit #5 as well.

Tiny details, such as closet hangers, are all part of the rental too. From a hair dryer to fire extinguisher, these included items make your vacation easier and safer each day.

A unique feature to Unit #5 is the screened-in porch. It stretches all along the front portion of the property. Step just outside the front door, and you're immediately within the protected porch. Enjoy a drink, gaze out into the distance or simply relax on the porch. The screen keeps those pesky bugs away during the warmer months.

Tybee Island vacation homes also give you an alternative for outdoor seating. Located just outside the screened-in porch is the outdoor patio furniture. Get some sun, read a book or just gather with loved ones here. Both the screened-in and outdoor porches are private and reserved especially for your party.

There may be plenty to do at the Beachside Villa, but venture to local landmarks to really experience this region. For a mixture of nightlife and dinner satisfaction, head out to Sting Ray's Seafood. Unwind here after a day of exploring on local trails or sunbathing on the beach.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
