  • Tybee Dunes Oceanfront is a beach lover's dream. It is located right on the beach where the Atlantic Ocean meets the shore. It features historic charm, modern amenities, and with a complete renovation to give you luxury surroundings with the classic look and feel of a 1920s craftsman-style beachfront house. Enjoy gorgeous and unobstructed 360 ocean views from all second-story rooms, including the oceanfront porch. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bed and bath linens, charcoal grill, and beach toys for all ages, including a billiards table on the ocean porch, are included with your stay. Are you feeding a crowd? The billiards table easily converts into an additional dining table ready to meet your entertaining needs.

    After a day full of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy the home theater, which includes a 70-inch smart TV with a subwoofer in the great room and one in the primary bedroom. Tybee Dunes' airy layout comprises five bedrooms and three baths and comfortably sleeps 12. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The lower level of the home includes two queen bedrooms with separate covered outdoor entrances for added privacy and seclusion. PLEASE NOTE: The staircase between the two levels is also under the covered outdoor area and not accessible from the interior of the home.

    The kitchen and breakfast area opens to the living room and ocean porch and features new modern touches like white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. An additional refrigerator is located in the fully appointed laundry room. There are several screened and covered outdoor sitting and play areas for you and your guests to spread out comfortably and enjoy.

    A host of outstanding restaurants and local shops is just a short walk from the house. Bike and golf cart rentals are also nearby, along with playgrounds and a disk golf course, and the beach is located right out the back door.

Beautiful home so close to the beach. We had an amazing week. The AC did stop working at one point but a repairman was sent out right away and we had no other problems. We’d definitely visit again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was family friendly. We enjoyed the upper porch and the space below the house. The house was clean and spacious. The only problem we had was getting to the beach, having to take some very steep steps down the dune. We had toddlers so it was difficult. But other than that we enjoyed the house very much. I would recommend.

Unbeatable location and views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was lovely. It is right on the beach and you have beautiful views of the ocean. It was clean and offered a comfortable stay for our 6 guests. It is within walking distance of many little fun shops and on a quiet spot on the beach with dolphins swimming by each day. We enjoyed a game of pool and the living area was comfortable. The bedroom options were great with a fun bunk room if you have little ones. We had 6 adults and it was great with plenty of bathrooms. We definitely want to come back again.

Everything was great. Need to know the “direct beach access” is a pretty big jump off the dune but there is a boardwalk just down the street that can take you to the beach

Great location!

The house is amazing and is well kept. The pool table was the best part and it was fun to play pool as a family the whole weekend. The host was great in communicating and provided everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book this house again, the beach is right there!

Amazing Location

Amazing house located in a perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Absolutely everything you need for the beach is provided and then some. The screened porch on the top level with the pool table was heaven. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on Tybee Island

We really enjoyed this house during our stay on Tybee Island. The house was clean and all the bedrooms were great! We loved walking on the beach and walking to some restaurants or taking a short drive to shopping and other restaurants. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Girls Weekend Tybee 2023

12 ladies enjoyed celebrating their 55th bday staying on the beach! The house was perfect for us. Fun places right their in the neighborhood. In and out of downtown Savannah was easy enough too.

House worked perfect for our bachelorette trip. Great location right on the beach, caught some amazing sunrises. Could have used more paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Great property, would stay again

The property is direct beachfront and located conveniently near many attractions and restaurants on Tybee. It was perfect for our group of 6 and could comfortably sleep more in 5 bedrooms. The screened porch overlooking the ocean was a great spot to hang out! Kitchen was well equipped, property was clean and as advertised. Beautiful house and we had a great weekend!
