Great location. This house has plenty of room for our two families. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed the front porch in the afternoons. We experienced two minor issues, but Southern Belle (host) was very quick to respond and take care of both. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again.
The property was clean, spacious, and located in close proximity to both beach and some shopping. Property manager was responsive to all questions and prompt with pool code when asked. Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay at Moby Dick on Tybee Island. It was a great house, well appointed and a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants! We will be back!
Very clean place. we enjoyed being able to chill out in our own spaces if we needed time apart! Pool was chilly but kids got used to it and the patio was sunny and warm. Very comfortable space. Porches were my favorite thing. Very close walk to the main street and easy walk to ocean.to
An amazing time. Loved the pool, the comfy beds, both porches. Could have stayed another week! We aired up the bike tires and biked to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs ad wagon to tote everything to the beach. Would love to stay here again.
Fantastic property - bright airy house located just a short walk from the beach and the strip. House was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with supplies. Communications with management company were quick and clear. Heartily recommended.
We were greeted with a well furnished home that felt comfortable from the start. We enjoyed the pool. It was a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The decks were petfect morning retreats. We fully intend to come back to Moby Dick again. It was centrally located and easy to find our way around. It was a short drive to Savannah. Overall, 5 stars!
Property was as described. The outside could use some paint but as a hurricane had gone through it was understandable. Communication was quick. Location was great and quick walk to the beach and restaurants. They had everything you need for a day at the beach. Pool and back yard were great for dinner and lunch. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

I am honestly amazed at how highly this house is rated. While maintenance was very responsive to our concerns, the issues that arose were issues that should have been dealt with proactively and not reactively when notified by a renter. The first night we were there, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They sent a tech out late at night to find that the reason was because the air filters were disgusting. It looked like they hadn't been changed in a very long time. There was also mold on the drywall in the hallway shower that we had to report. Again, Southern Belle Vacation Rentals should be visiting their rental houses proactively to look for issues. We should not have had to report mold in the drywall of a shower stall. The bathroom reeked of mold and mildew even after the bathroom was cleaned. The pool was very poorly maintained (dirt in the bottom of the pool the entire time), and we killed numerous cockroaches in the property throughout our stay. The decking throughout the entire exterior also needs to be addressed as it is showing a lot of wear and tear. The beach and numerous restaurants were in close proximity which was nice. Overall, for the price we paid, we do not believe it was worth it.
