Tybee Dreamin' is ideally located near the heart of the action on Tybee, yet its quiet neighborhood location is great for winding down after busy days. You and your group can spend long, lovely days on the strand among locals and visitors alike, getting to know the character and culture of Southern Georgia.

One of the awe-inspiring sights that first comes into view when you reach South Beach at the end of Tybrisa Street is the wooden Tybee Pier and Pavilion, which stretches out from the beach into the surf as if reaching for the sunrise. The structure, rising high above the ocean waves, is a popular place for events like music, weddings, and parties. The original Pier and Pavilion, known as the Tybrisa Pavilion, dates back to 1891 when the Central of Georgia Railroad financed its creation. Unfortunately, that historic structure burned to the ground in 1967. Tybee Island residents teamed up with Chatham County to rebuild the pier, which opened in August 1996. They christened the rebuilt landmark the Tybrisa Pavilion II.

Be sure to stroll out onto the pier when you head to South Beach for some fun in the sun. It is free and open to the public. You might see a dedicated angler reeling in the day's catch or get a glimpse of a bridal party. You will also find picnic tables where you can watch the big cargo ships heading toward Savannah Harbor while you enjoy yummy snacks from the Pavilion's Sweet Dreams Bar & Grill.

When you need a break and a refreshing meal, the best food and beverages the island has to offer are just a quick walk back down Tybrisa Street. Fanny's on the Beach and Wet Willies offer adult beverages and icy soft drinks alike to wet your whistle. Use the walk-up windows for to-go food, or try a sit-down lunch at Spanky's Beachside on Strand Avenue. Get a hearty breakfast before you hit the beach at the Sunrise Restaurant near South Beach on Butler Avenue.

Heated Pool Access
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the South End of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties, it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
