The open living area features a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and opens up directly to the furnished patio. Enjoy the island breeze with your morning cup of coffee on your private balcony, which features a grill, outdoor dining for 4, and additional seating. The dining area has seating for 6, with added seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to whip up delicious meals with ease. Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen. Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area. NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. A 2nd parking spot is available outside of the parking garage for a second and/or larger vehicle. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
