Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 15A is a first-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and will offer guests a great vacation experience and partial views of the bay, ships, and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your private balcony.

This condo is located just steps from the beach and has access to two community pools. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and a 42-inch SmartTV. The living area has a convenient wet bar, and access to the furnished balcony to take in the Tybee breezes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a Smart TV, and a private full bath with a tub and shower combination. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the private balcony with access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is next to the guest bedroom and has a tub and shower combination. This property is a great option for families!

Lighthouse Point 15A is located on the first floor, which is one flight up from the ground. There is no elevator available in this building. There is community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. There is 1 reserved space, and 1 unreserved parking space available.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.
Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

Floors looked like they had never been mopped. Our son’s feet were filthy just walking on the floor. We didn’t stay the whole time because we couldn’t get it out of our mind what else wasn’t properly cleaned.

Seemed clean until we opened the kitchen cabinet with what appeared to be mouse droppings on the top plate. Reached out to the rental company online as it was after hours. No response. I received an automated text from the rental company on day 2 requesting a rating of their service. A poor rating was provided with the following screen reporting a representative would reach out shortly. No response. We simply didn’t use the provided dishware during our stay. The condo is otherwise clean but showing some age. The second bath shower is difficult to operate as the valve sticks, the mirror was found only hanging halfway on the wall, and the towel rack had to be put back together. Now the positives: Great location, all of the furnishings were well laid out and comfortable, and you cannot beat the price.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, well supplied. The mattress was too firm for me, one of the beach access points was flooded the entire stay and the other had a venemos snake nesting side warning that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Other than that, and some general updates needed,it was as we expected. Would rent through this property agent again.

It was good, overall. But there was a bit of a paint mess in the master bedroom, a light bulb was out in the dining room and the fan in the master bath didn’t work on arrival. Otherwise, it was stocked well, liked the location and was mostly very clean.

Great location with multiple paths to the beach and steps from the 2 pools. Condo was nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. We stayed with our 3 granddaughters and had enough room to not be on top of each other. Super easy check in and good communication with the management company! This was our 2nd time staying at a condo at Lighthouse Point, and we'll be back!

Condo was very spacious and nice. Loved having washer, dryer, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms/rooms. Great size for how many people we had. Balcony was really nice although view was mostly the dunes. When we arrived we felt the floors weren't as clean as we would have liked but the rental company came back and cleaned again. We appreciated this because we had a crawling baby with us. Very nice location and pools, the only downside was the walk to the beach through the dunes took some time.

Nice trip to Tybee Island

The VRBO unit was super clean, in a nice area and was set up well for our family. It was easy to access and was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t super busy and we did see dolphins in the water not far from us while we were at the beach. Definitely bring your own beach towels, chairs, toys, etc…The only feedback I would give the rental company is that it would be nice to have a couple more towels in the unit. There were only 4 so if we were traveling with more than 4 people we would have been short. Other than that, our stay was great and we would stay here again n

Wonderful place

We stayed at this condo as a family of 5 with 3 little kids. It provided us with everything we needed. The place was very cute, close to the beach, with plenty restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The only “issue” we had is that when we arrived there was a broken handle on one of the cabinets that I reported via their link, but haven’t heard back from management.

Great Beach Condo

This was a great choice for our family. This two-bedroom condo had plenty of room to spread out. Not having to share a bathroom with our two teenage boys was a huge plus! The beach was about a five-minute walk, but it was easy to get to and not crowded at all. Tybee is such a cool town! It took less than 10 minutes to get to all the local restaurants and the local grocery store. And a short walk to the local coffee shop. Fully recommend this to a family of 3-4 looking for a peaceful stay on the beach in Tybee Island.

Perfect getaway!

Tybee Island Perfection

We had one of our most favorite family trips ever at Tybee Island. The place was so perfect for a relaxing getaway. We rented bikes (highly recommend) and used then for everything we did except the Crab Shack (which was amazing too). We had pool days and beach days. And our accomodations were ideal for us. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Location

The check in process and communication prior to our arrival was fantastic! The property is in a perfect location. Very accessible with a short drive to any of the restaurants and stores on the Island. There are walk ways with easy access to the beach. The beach is very clean and you will virtually have it to yourself! The pools in the complex are well kept and have a regular cleaning schedule. We did have a need to communicate with the owner and rental company while there and both got back with us in a very timely manner. Overall we had a great stay!

Family vacay

Very nice quiet location! Felt that everything was as stated. Only issue was dishwasher broke which we found out about on our drive down which was fine but the new one was installed on our last day which was rather inconvenient. Was to be notified before they came to do install and unfortunately received a text very late when they had already been at the place for sometime. Thank goodness we were dressed and awake and then of course felt we had to stay until complete. Just not something we expected to do on our vacation.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We enjoyed our vacation so much! The location and convenience of this property made our vacation relaxing and fun. Parking at both the north and south beach can be difficult to find so not having to drive to go to the beach was a huge perk. We would stay here again if visiting Tybee in the future!
