Welcome to Sunshine Family Retreat – your home away from home! The property has been thoughtfully managed and maintained by keeping your comfort in mind. As you enter through the main door, a lively lounge welcomes you with open arms! It’s actually an open-concept layout with adjoined living area, dining space and full kitchen.

The house boasts a captivating desert-themed decor, creating a warm and unique ambiance. Pearl white walls, throughout the property, further add to its overall grace. As by its name, this gorgeous home gets lots of sunlight via multiple casement windows.

In addition to the modernly equipped interior, it features lavish outdoor amenities, including a gas fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and 3 hammocks. Patio invites you to enjoy coffee in the company of captivating nature views. It offers 1 love-seat and a chair, an outdoor dining table with chairs for your perfect stay. The Living Room:
A sophisticated place to unwind and relax in your leisure time! The living room features a classy setup, comprising of plush rexine sofa seats, trendy wooden tables and a minimal yet classy décor that further enhances the beauty of the place. Multiple windows allow the natural light to burst in and brighten the whole ambiance. Watch your favorite shows with the fam on 60” flat-screen TV that comes with Roku for your perfectly entertaining holiday!

The Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen awaits you to channel your inner cooking enthusiast and bring yummy delicacies to the table! It boasts a sleek and spacious marble countertop with lots of attached cabinets. All the necessary kitchenware, cutlery and kitchen utensils are stored in these cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances including a luxury dual-door refrigerator, microwave oven, fitted stove, hot water kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and much more!
Enjoy fine dining with your loved ones at the trendy wooden central island that comes with stools for having brunches and dinners together. The aura of this open layout space is extremely cozy that will fill your hearts with warmth and love!

The Bedrooms:
Three well-appointed bedrooms await you for enjoying deep slumbers! All of them are equipped with supreme quality mattress, linens, 100% cotton sheets and cozy comforters. In addition to this, there are plenty of pillows and blankets provided for your homely stay. Wake up with bright smiles as sunshine tickles your face and greets you a good morning!

Bedroom 01: Comfy double bed w/ night stands, AC, dressing table, access to bathroom.

Bedroom 02: Luxury double bed with night stands, AC and a dresser to keep your belongings.

Bedroom 03: Twin beds for the kids, AC and two small dresser tables.

The Bathroom:
Perfectly maintained bathroom with all essential stuff present! Relax into soothing bubble baths before heading to bed. Facility of showerhead is present as well. There’s a smart-size washbasin vanity and well-kept toilet. Bathroom is fully stocked with necessary toiletries that you may need during your stay.

House Rules

Thank you so much for booking our home. We hope you will have a wonderful time. Please be respectful of the space and everything that is available to you. The city of 29 has strict rules, please read below at the time of arrival.

Enjoy your stay & Be Safe?

IN THE HOME
1. Non-smoking
2. No Pets
3. No over night street parking (City of 29 rule)
4. No loud music after 10 PM
5. Please use heat pads for kitchen counter and island.
6. Please use chopping board on both island & kitchen counter.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE

7. Use table next to washer & dryer to store furniture covers during your stay.
8. Cover furniture at your departure and place all cushions back into the garage on table next to washer & dryer.
9. Hang the hammocks in garage at your departure.
10. Close outdoor umbrella, after sundown. (This is a high wind area.)
11. Make sure fire pit gas is turned off when not in used.
12. Close all windows and turn off AC/Heat. Do not remove controller from the wall unit.
13. Put away games' accessories (Balls, raquets etc.)
14. Start the dish washer before departure.
15. Empty all trash & place in the outdoor bins by the garage. Do not put trash in the recycling bin.
16. Place all used towels in laundry basket.
17. Place the key back in lock box at departure (There is a $50.00 charge for lost key)
18. If you opened the garage door and if when closing it stops, keep your finger on the button until fully closed.
