Only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel and it could not be located when it was needed resulting in four trips to the third floor get all the gear to the room. This is not the first time. The same luggage cart disappeared again when needed during my stay here last August. The staff said they only have one cart. The room service staff thought I was only staying one night so they took all my food and two bottles of wine that I had stored in the fridge in the room. Apparently they didn't get the message that Inhad booked that room for two nights. The manager discounted my stay by $40 for the mistake. Back door to the hotel was broken a d out of order in August and during this recent stay in February it was still broken and not usable. Hot tub was out of order. My general sense after two visits is that the management does not want to spend money on maintenance and minor amenities. It's not a bad hotel, just a shame to see potential to be excellent fall to average due to several small failures.
