Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away

Stayed in the new Duranbah cabins - extremely clean and spacious for 6 people (would struggle with 8) but missing some amentities which would have bettered the experience! - clock - paper towels/tissue box - salt and pepper rather than hundreds of biscuits! - full length mirror - tables fit 8 people however couch/living space barely fits 4 park activities were fantastic and would recommend for families!

We absolutely recommend this place to families! We came with our children ages 1 and 4 and they had the best time! Plenty to do with the kids and the cabins were spacious and relaxing!

Lovely grounds - - great for kids. Staff very friendly. We stayed in a Cabarita Villa. Bed very uncomfortable .-kitchen area way too small even for 2 let alone 5. Great for caravaners, Villlas over priced.

Kids loved the park and facilities, nice and quiet but lots to do. Staff were very friendly and lots of nice touches like arrival gift.

The property was very pleasant, however the staff member working on Sunday morning was rude and arrogant and needs to brush up on her phone manner, she was not prepared to assist in anyway, we were offered an extended nights stay by email , and when we asked to extend over night, we were told it was not possible that we had to check out and pay an additional $60 for late check out. Also there was guests there who were swearing and very noisy into the early hours of the morning and no-one who you could report this to the phone rang out with no diverted number to contact.

Great position in Tweed Heads, close to the river for morning walks as well as five minutes into the heart of Tweed Heads. We enjoyed our first visit to Tweed Heads and the Big 4 made everything easily accessible.

The Kids had a fantastic few days! Cheap hire for additional extras, easy to get around and friendly staff. They were happy to allow a late check out and we happily took it :) We had a Successful family holiday due to a family friendly location

Family stay

Great park with great features we stayed in Jumbuck cabin wish we stayed in a better cabin as kitchen and bathroom very outdated and bunks very hard to make. Also not something I ever considered before but the same towels and sheets for 6 days wasn’t ideal and a charge to replace them was frustrating, and $5 for a load of washing to clean their towels and bath mats annoyed me a bit. Staff were friendly and pools were great.

Coolabah Cabins - Just Perfect

We met up with our family from Canada and it was the ideal place for the girls as there was so much they could do. We especially liked the pool area and the fact it had a sun shade over it was fantastic. The birdsong was lovely all day but the noise of the planes and nearby freeway spoilt the atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for a Family Holiday

What a fantastic holiday. Our grand-daughters, from Canada just loved it. We enjoyed it for just the two of us also. The sound of birds all day was lovely. And seeing the gekos was a bonus. Unfortunately we backed onto the motorway so the traffic was very noisy and also the planes both landing and leaving Coolangatta airport went right over us. It didn't worry us but some people might like peace and quiet. The cabin we had gave us a TV in the lounge and one in the bedroom which was great if you needed to amuse the kids. The WiFi was not good here but managed to check in occasionally while out. We were on holiday after-all!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, facilities very comfortable, close to Tweed City, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise. Also Tweed Hospital which was the reason we were there. Loved the pool and area. Intend to stay again in the future, all very comfortable.

Budget Bansia cabins

Clean tidy accommodation in an excellent park, features such as waterslides and billabongs made it a very enjoyable option !

Hire equipment

Older people were complains about children on scooters and bikes!! And we went to hire equipment at 3:30 but got told we were to late so that was disappointing.
