Just a 3 minute drive from Golden beaches, restaurants, gift shops and boat tours, Sea Blue Heaven is set on a ridge overlooking the picturesque Tutukaka Harbour.

The Space:

Full kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area which extends to the sprawling, wrap around deck with complete outdoor dining furniture and entertainment space to take full advantage of the lavish ocean views.



Comfortably sleep 6 people with 2 Queen bedrooms with direct access to the front deck, 3rd bedroom with 2 singles. There is a lovely hot shower with a tub, separate toilet.



Please be aware there is a steep drop off the front edge of the property and this is not fenced. Guests with young children need to take care and make sure little ones are supervised in this space.



There is only limited parking for 2 cars as property is on a right of way and this must be kept clear at all times.



You can bring your own firewood to cozy up over the winter months. Or enquire if you would like us to provide for you, charges may apply.



Close to Tutukaka Marina, the main hub for a variety of fishing and dive charters, petrol, restaurants and shops. Enjoy a trip to the Poor Knights Marine Reserve, globally recognised for its world class diving experience. Ngunguru is a short drive over the hill where you will find superette and liquor centre, cafes, golf course and sports complex and takeaways to name a few. Tutukaka Coast has many stunning beaches nearby on offer including Whangaumu Bay, Matapouri, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay.

Limited Parking - only 2 vehicles - Keep right of way clear at all times



Sea Blue Heaven soaks in the natural warmth of the sun and has a heat pump for extra comfort so wood burner is optional extra.



Firewood is BYO.

We can pre-supply bags of wood for on request - included kindling and firelighters at $15. per bag.



The Neighborhood:

4 minutes drive from Tutukaka Centre, Marina, and just 10 minutes from beautiful Matapouri Bay



Other Things to Note:

Relax to the last minute with our linen service and departure clean. *Rubbish removal not included in depart clean service**
