Welcome to Tusk & Tide, a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at The Houndstooth Condominiums, conveniently located less than a mile from Bryant-Denny Stadium! You’ll be within walking distance of the University of Alabama campus and the Strip, making this the perfect home base for game days, campus visits, concerts, and everything Tuscaloosa has to offer.

Inside Tusk & Tide
The spacious living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, whether you’re watching the Alabama game, playing a game, or relaxing after a day around town. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or your favorite tailgating snacks, along with a coffee starter pack to help keep your group energized throughout your stay. This condo features a round dining table that seats four, a bar-height table that seats three, and a convenient wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee station.

Step outside onto the large private balcony, where you’ll find plenty of seating and an outdoor TV —the perfect spot to unwind or hang out and watch the game outdoors.

Sleeping Arrangements - The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination
Sleeping Alcove/Flex Area: Full-size futon accessible only through Bedroom 1 - perfect for kids!

The third bathroom is a tub/shower combo and has hallway access only.

Pool Information: The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please note that the pool is not heated and there are no lights in or around the pool area, so nighttime visibility is limited.

A Few Things to Know
The Houndstooth is located near a railroad and a busy road, so you may occasionally hear traffic or train noise. For your comfort, sound machines are provided in all bedrooms.

Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
