Nydelig by og hotell.
Hyggelig hotell med glimrende plassering i byen. Moderne rom, gjennomført eleganse. Fint atrium med bar og her var også en rikholdig og god frokost servert. Torino er nok en av de fineste byene i Italia. Vi fikk sett hele byen med hop-on/hop-off, veldig nyttig.

Our staff has promptly give you a feedback about your request. I'm sorry if you haven't been satisfied about the response you received but, as I'm sure you can understand, there are specific policies about the reservations. The Guests choose the kind of rate they prefer according to their needs when they make the reservation. Then, it could be difficult to modify the policies, especially during specific period of the year, as we explained to you in our emails. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on our month-long vacation; a general comment would be that air-conditioning systems and the facilities management professionals are not accommodating for climate change. Hence, our room was quite warm at night, since the air conditioner system was not yet turned on in the entire hotel.

The care of the staff made our stay very pleasant right from the beginning. We had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight and the staff had prepared a great box of breakfast for us! The property is beautiful and well taken care of.
