Recharge and Reset
Amazing two day recharge staycation. Staff is incredible and friendly. Kudos to the front staff for allowing an early check in and complementary room upgrade. We will always keep coming back again and again.

Pour le prix dépensé je suis très en colère car on a eu une chambre sombre, comme si nous étions dans un sous sol. L’employé nous a dit qu’il allait voir pour nous attribuer une autre chambre mais le personnel administratif n’a donné aucune suite. Le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé. Le rideau en tissu était troué. Le couvercle de la bouilloire était cassé et la porte du coffre s’ouvrait très difficilement. Et au moment du Check Out on a eu en face de nous une employée très peu aimable. Aucun sourire. Elle ne nous a même pas questionnés sur notre niveau de satisfaction. Pas un merci. Pas un au revoir. C’est ça le level d’un four seasons? Eh bien merci, je réfléchirai à deux fois la prochaine fois que je voudrais offrir des vacances anniversaires à ma fille !!

It is like a dream, we really enjoyed our stay with the family. Quiet and great pool and beach, staff is sooo friendly and professional. Not to forget the Blu Restaurant, ask the Italian chef (sorry I forgot his name) to make you a tasting (family style), it’s the best meal we had in the whole trip, We will be back in our vacation stay in Tunisia.

It's a very disappointing stay. It cannot be a four season hotel. They have unprofesional and untrained personal and staff. We had 3 rooms and one suite in total and all of them had an issue either, AC, fridge and /or bathrooms. The hallways are not air conditioned. It is a horrible experience.

Tres bel hotel
Tres bon séjour dans un très bel hôtel. Ce n’est pas le four season le plus ultra de la chaîne mais cela reste un bel endroit avec un bon service . Restaurant bleu très bon, meilleur que le bistrot chic du dernier étage à mon goût Des petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés, nous avions une immense terrasse face à la mer. Il y avait 2 transats mais ps de table et chaises, ce qui faisait un espace totalement vide, c’est dommage. La plage pas encore ouverte et pas du tout entretenue .

Construction and no beach access
While the rooms are beautiful and the staff wonderful, there’s construction that prohibits entry to the beach and the pool cafe is also closed and under construction. This is not mentioned on hotels.com, although there are photos of a guest on the beach. It’s deceitful. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known that. All I can do is see the beach, not even walk on it. I feel like a prisoner here.

Amazing Stay at Four Seasons Tunis
I was excited to discover a new Four Seasons in Tunis and I have not been disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and all the facilities are spotless. The food at Azur restaurant and at the Creek is excellent. It was my first trip in Tunisia in over 10 years, will definitely come back more often... and without doubt at the Four Seasons Tunis.

The lobby is breathtaking, I haven’t seen nothing that nice in a long time. Staff is very attentive to detail and very nice. The best hotel I’ve seen in Tunisia during my stays, One of only three hotels I would go to in Tunisia, The Four Seasons being the best one by far.

Great 4 seasons with improvement required
Hôtel magnifique au standard des four seasons, grande chambre vue mer parfait pour un séjour à Tunis. Service bagage / sécurité / taxi à l’entrée de l’hôtel pas professionnel du tout, gâche le plaisir et l’harmonie. Cafetière en panne mais service technique rapide et efficace. Literie et amenities top.

Cet établissement est magnifique Le service n’y est cependant pas à la hauteur. Le client est plus traité comme un portefeuille sur patte qu’autre chose. Il y’a un manque de communication choquant au moment du check-in. Le client n’est pas du tout accompagné et le détail du séjour n’est pas du tout explique. Par exemple je pensais avoir le petit déjeuner inclus. N’arrive au petit déjeuner on me demande mon numéro de chambre, jusqu à la rien d’anormal, je prends mon petit déjeuner et je me dirige vers ma chambre. Un employer du restaurant court pour me rattraper et me demander de payer le pâtit déjeuner. J’apprends alors que le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris dans les nuitées. Je demande donc à ce qu’on mette la note sur la chambre afin que je paye cela en fin de séjour. On l’explique alors que cela n’est pas possible car je n’ai pas mit de dépôt de garantie (concepts dont je n’ai jamais entendu parler dans un 5 etoile sur les 5 continents) Deux points sont soulevés la 1) le client est limite volé 2) le client est limite traité de voleur

Nous sommes enchantés de lire votre commentaire positif sur l'établissement par contre profondément navrés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances et que vous ayez eu à exprimer votre désagrément pour le manque de communication constaté au moment du Chek-in ainsi que le comportement de certains de nos employés. Nous sommes désolés que le service n'ait pas été satisfaisant lors de votre arrivée à l'hôtel et vous assure que nous ferons le necéssaire pour s'assurer que de telles choses ne se reproduisent effectivement pas dans le future. Lors de l'arrivée nous exigeons une pré-autorisation de paiement pour les clients payants avec une carte de crédit ou un dépôt de garantie pour les clients payants en cash ce qui est notre procédure normale pour tout check-in. J'ai aussi amplement discuté avec l'équipe concernée pour mieux comprendre votre expérience au petit déjeuner et ils m'ont fait part que le tarif avec lequel vous avez réservé n'inclut pas le petit déjeuner.
