Staff at reception and breakfast are medium to unfriendly. Breakfast has been disappointing. Not only was there very little diversity in food choices, but also low quality (no fresh but only canned fruits, coffee is bad from both machines, bread/toppings are poor quality, I saw a guest asking the staff if they can cook one more fried pastry and the staff was rude and said no). Lots of people walking around in the entrance hall. Feels more like a train station than an area of peace. I would give this hotel 4 stars max.

3 star hotel at best. Pros: clean, rooms are large, nice big pool, good breakfast and dinner buffet Cons: beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and rooms feel very dingy. Front desk staff not helpful: for example, had to call four times to request extra pillows, they would not send up an iron (wanted to charge for laundry service instead). Also did not put me in room with pool view that I booked and paid for: when I asked to be moved to proper room they said it “wasn’t available” and eventually moved me to the right room several hours later after I told them they needed to refund the price difference then. Overall, not a very good experience at this hotel and I would not stay here again.

Personnel tres gentil , un bon confort ,equipements vieillissant : marbre noir blanchissant par l'eau et l'entretient, fenetres fermants mal , barre de douche n'etant pas orientable ne pouvant pas servir à une douche car la position fixe envoyait le jet sur le mur d'en face et non sur le corps ! The staff were extremely attentive, all the way from check in, dining and check out. The sheets on the baby cot were stained and dirty. But this was changed within the hour with no trouble at all.

Séjour d'une nuit lors d'une escale à Tunis après un vol France/ Tunisie et avant un long voyage en Thaïlande via l'Arabie Saoudite, hôtel agréable et accueillant, la formule demi pension est très pratique car présentée sous forme de buffet avec énormément de choix, nourriture certe pas gastronomique mais de bonne qualité, petit déjeuner aussi présenté sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité, au vu de certains commentaires j'avais un peu peur mais finalement j'ai été très agréablement surpris

Bien, mais à rénover.
Hôtel qui date un peu, fatigué, bref, dans son jus. Toutefois, l'ensemble se tient. Classé 5 étoiles, je rajouterai que ce sont des étoiles filantes... Télévision en panne à mon arrivée, wifi très aléatoire. Toutefois, le service est impeccable. personnel très serviable et très sympathique. Bon, le prix n'est pas très élevé. Un conseil : demandez une chambre éloignée de la boite de nuit extérieure, à ciel ouvert, tonitruante jusqu'à 4 h du mat le week-end.

Si può fare di più!
Come prima cosa la reception che dovrebbe essere il fiore all'occhiello di un albergo e invece è il punto piu debole. Quasi nessuno parla l'italiano e questo non va bene, c'è stato un dipendente che , mentre cercavo di farmi capire, con arroganza mi ha detto che non parlava italiano e si è girato dall'altra parte lasciandomi in asso. Ho tentato tantissime volte di comunicare alle reception che il fhon della mia camera era rotto, ma nessuno lo ha veramente aggiustato, tenendomi i capelli bagnati dopo la doccia per tutta la settima del soggiorno. Ho chiesto alla reception di farmi avere dei farmaci a domicilio da una farmacia, ma invece questi farmaci non sono mai arrivati. Il servizio lavanderia mi ha fatto pagare piu di 10 capi d'abbigliamento come se fossero stati lavati e stirati, ma in realtà erano solo stirati, e l'ho scoperto perchè i capi erano nuovi e portavano ancora gli adesivi della marca, mentre se fossero stati veramente lavati gli adesivi si sarebbero corrosi. C'è anche da dire però che, la maggior parte dei dipendenti è gentile e cordiare. Il cibo è ottimo, c'è tanta scelta. Un consiglio da italiano, la pasta va cotta di meno e mettere il sale nell'acqua mentre cuoce la pasta. Un'altra cosa è l"intrattenimento serale, un pò scarso. Un consiglio, dovreste coinvolgere di piu il turista a fare dei giochi e intrattenerli. Perfetto la musica in piscina non assordante perchè, chi ha i balconi verso la piscina, potrebbe dare fastidio. Per il resto. Complimenti!
Il posto è incantevole.

The property is located in a secluded area, too secluded to be frank, I felt unsafe stepping out of the property. Crossing the street to the beach was as far as I ventured and was questioned if I was a hotel guest when I clearly just walked out of there. It was extremely crowded with a lot of loud noises when I arrived Saturday night. The great entrance, the pool, the room balconies look great, but that's about it. I did not get to swim due to my short stay, but a lot of people seemed to be having fun swimming. The room was something else... it smelled, it had mosquitos, mini fridge and safe were not functional. AC hardly working trying to keep up, it was very hot. The room balcony door would not lock and can be easily opened, the room is basically not safe to leave anything when the door does not lock properly. They take shortcuts on service, like shampoo, soap, no toilet paper (had to work with an almost empty roll) and no tissue, they did not even replace the bathroom floor mat towel the last day. Food seemed ok with good selection but was disgusted to see first-hand the server touch the egg omelet on the plate to check it out with his fingers.... so I stuck to sealed food items to avoid getting any infections on my short stay. Finally, don't ask them to call you a taxi, they will get their own guy who will charge you double the price and not give you a receipt. Overall, first time and last time... I was disappointed with how such a nice property is poorly managed.

I sent my wife to this hotel for a week and her father and mother joined her in the hotel . All was good untill a lady tells my wife 2 bath towels are missing . My wife doesn't even use public towels . This made ne sick off them spend more than 2000$ in this hotel . And they finally one of the employee took the towels without bringing them back
