Our property boasts a prime location in Aldea Zama, surrounded by Tulum’s most popular attractions. The stunning beaches are a short drive or walk away, promising days of sun and sea. Nearby, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, shopping areas, and outdoor activities to explore. Whether you’re seeking natural beauty or vibrant culture, Tulum has it all.

Booking Process:
Booking your stay is easy and hassle-free. Simply select your desired dates and fill out our secure booking form on our website. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash payments in person.

Booking Fees:
We charge $0 booking fees yet, we provide full priority experience when you stay with us.

Deposit Requirements:
Short Term: $2,500 Pesos | Long Term (longer than 29 nights): Equivalent to 1 month’s rent

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. We honor full refund cancelations up to 48 hours after booking. 3 or more days after booking there will be no cancelation refunds.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Detailed instructions on accessing the property and key collection will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth start to your stay.

Property Rules:
To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the unit, and respect for quiet hours to others staying within the building. Additional rules may be given to the guests by the apartment management.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Rest assured that our property is thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained before every check-in to ensure your safety and comfort including sheets and towels. No cleaning is provided after check-in. If additional cleaning is needed, we can provide this service for an extra charge. For any maintenance of housekeeping issues, we are available 24/7 to help you.
