✢ NO PARTIES: To maintain the peaceful retreat environment, parties, events, and gatherings are strictly not permitted. The complex has full-time security, and any guests who violate this policy may be removed from the property without refund.



✢ Living in Nature: Tulum is set in the heart of the jungle, where vibrant wildlife and lush greenery surround you. Despite regular fumigations, you may encounter insects—an authentic part of the natural environment here.



✢ Construction Around Town: Tulum is a growing city, and development is part of its charm. Some construction noise may be present, and we truly appreciate your understanding.



✢ Electricity Cuts: On rare occasions, the local infrastructure may experience temporary power outages. These are usually brief, and we thank you for your patience should this happen.



✢ Guests: For safety and community guidelines, only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Outside visitors and external personnel are not permitted.
