We do not allow overnight stays - outside food & drinks allowed .
The space
Studio Nine18 is a private karaoke and event venue designed for celebrations, parties, and group gatherings. The space features a full karaoke setup with multiple TVs, professional sound system, microphones, lounge seating, and a central bar-style area. Guests have access to an open entertainment floor perfect for birthdays, game nights, watch parties, and private events.
This is a unique, nightlife-inspired space with a club-style atmosphere rather than a traditional home. It is ideal for groups looking to sing, celebrate, and socialize in a private setting. Please note this listing is intended for events and entertainment; overnight accommodations are not permitted.

Reservations are for 5 hours total in the venue - times slots are flexible - please message to confirm what hours you are wanting . Extra prep/decorating time can be added for $50 per hour .
