well the hotel was perfect but we tried to go swimming and it was alot of kids that didn't have parent supervision and was rude so we stayed not even 5 mins that was the worst part plus no towels near the pool

Horrible experience. Dirty, broken A/C, cigarette burns in bedding, bathroom door didn’t close, shower sprayed all over bathroom, lamp shades shredded, and trash in hallway. We have pictures.

Grounds & lobby were well kept. The room was comfortable. The carpeting in the halls & cleanliness of the bathroom in the room were in desperate need of attention. I will continue to stay La Quinta, but probably not this location.

Suite was in disarray but grounds and staff are amazing. The lobby is clean and the dining room was great! Many options available. The staff were all so sweet and accommodating, easy to talk to. Especially the front desk staff. My son loved the pool. Right next to a fantastic local restaurant- Locale. We booked a suite as we were traveling across country with a dog, cat and 10 year old. I needed some space! While the main bed was quite comfy and the patio was a huge perk, the room was dingy. Probably a party room. The couch was upholstered but was turning brown and felt waxy. It appeared as if someone’s 100 cats shredded the arm rests. I requested 2 sets of sheets to cover it. There is an access hole in the closet to the pipes that was covered with a board but was gaping. The desk chair had seen better days. All in all, I’d probably just get a regular room and skip the suite until they update it (which the front desk team advised would be done soon).

Most La Quinta Inns are more "upscale". This property is not. Access doors didn't work with key card, king size bed mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. Finding our room was by pure luck. No instructions from the front desk.

The room was clean except the rugs were very dirty. Loved the bed. Was comfortable and just the right amount of blankets. One dresser drawer would not shut which was very annoying. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I appreciate all their effort in trying to make my stay comfortable.

I’m sorry, I guess the room was OK clean but had such an unpleasant odor, like old food and cigarettes maybe, if it wasn’t so late I would have checked right back out. Luckily I like to sleep cold so was able to run the air conditioner on high, since I couldn’t even crack the windows. The pillows were lumpy and old. Not only will I not stay there again, I am steering clear of Wyndham properties from now on except the one in Show Low. They are putting minimal effort into upkeep, updating and guest comfort.

Overall the property was not worth what we paid to stay there. The door of the bathroom would not close, and the faucet for the shower went around and around with no stopping point. The hallways smell and overall its very worn down. I would not stay here again for what they charge.

The room was comfortable. Easy to navigate. Good amount of counter space in the bathroom. There was enough lighting in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of closet & dresser drawer space.

The room they put us is was absolutely disgusting! The walls were filthy, there were bugs flying in the room. It smelt like mold, the carpet had a big yellow stain in it. And it was ripped. The sheet came off the mattress and the mattress had a burn hole in it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Staff was friendly and the room was adequate although the facility seemed a little dated and could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. A lot of the hallway carpet needed to be changed due to significant staining and damage beyond cleaning. The room seemed really dated, still having popcorn ceiling and you could see hair from previous guest in the corners of the bathroom. Breakfast was a nice touch to include, especially for the price.

This hotel needs updating. The carpets in the hall and rooms were old and smelled. We froze at night in the room because there are no blankets on the bed, just very thin sheets. I would not stay here again.
