On the final night of my stay, I discovered that my room door had been left open and unlocked, which raised serious security concerns. After I reported this to the front desk, a manager came to inspect both the door and the CCTV footage to make sure no one had entered my room while it was unattended. Although they investigated the issue, no compensation or apology was offered.
On the first night, there was a lot of noise in the corridors until 3 am. People were going in and out of rooms, knocking on doors, and talking loudly both inside their rooms and in the hallway. The soundproofing is very poor, making it difficult to rest.
We had breakfast at the hotel on the following day, but the food quality was disappointing.
The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were friendly and helpful.
