«Eliott our Safari guide / Ranger was a 10++, amazing, kind, showed us all he could in pretty bad weather with muddy roads. He wins it all, the best. Our kids loved him a lot. Go and ask for him. The lodge is nice but has some flaws. The way to the room was not illuminated and the kids were scared. In the room we had several spiders and animal droppings. The food was very good but we felt observed quite a few times instead of being help/served. The owner Bill is great and extremely helpful. For ...

«My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Impodimo and loved every moment. We couldn't fault anything. The accommodation was wonderful, the staff was so helpful, the food was the best and the game drives were great and exciting. We saw all the Big 7. We couldn't ask for any better. Thanks Impodimo for the great experience.»

«Great Lodge, beautiful big rooms, amazing location and views, great facilities, amazing service, fantastic rangers and trackers during our game drives. This is by far the most beautiful place and best experience me and my partner have had, and we have stayed at a lot of really nice 5* resorts and hotels including everything from Ritz-Carlton to a couple of Aman an Anantara properties in Asia, so that says a lot about how much we enjoyed this..The only think i think could be better was the food, ...

«This place is absolutely remarkable with a staff that takes it up a level. Mgmt. team Heidi and Michelle were excellent and always upbeat. Andres our guide did his absolute best to track everyone of the big five even in the rainy weather. Even with rainy weather for 3 of our 4 days we got to see 4 of the 5.»

«When you arrive to a true 5 Star establishment, you just know that you will have a fantastic stay: From we were greeted at the door from Tumi the first day until he sends us home full of new experiences for life the last, we were treated like royalty. However, Tau made us feel that way because it was like being taken in by a big, lovely family who truly enjoyed having its guests visiting. Our cabin overlooked a watering hole where we would see wild animals all day, it was cosy inside and always ...

«Everything about the room was very good. The food was excellent and there is a good selection of included drinks to wash it down. The photography hide by the water hole gives you a great perspective to get pictures that a bit different from the usual safari shots. The game drives were first class. Our driver was knowledgeable and keen to make sure we saw a great selection of animals including, wild dogs, lions, cheetahs and rhinos. He could improve his jokes though.»
