Take your next North Lake Tahoe vacation to this stunning Indian Hills end unit. This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom mountain retreat offers spectacular panoramic views, a prime location, and a spacious layout — and it's Dog Friendly!

This condo is perfectly situated to enjoy all the outdoor adventures and amenities for both winter and summer. The property features a private deck with breathtaking views, an expanded entryway with extra ski storage, and heated boot racks. Bright open great room with cozy fireplace.

Guests will appreciate access to the Northstar Recreation Center (additional $10 per person per day), which offers outdoor Jacuzzis, a fully equipped workout room, and an expansive game room. In summer, enjoy the junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, kids' camp, snack shack and play area.

Winter offers world-class skiing at Northstar Resort, including new terrain at Lookout Mountain with terrain parks and a Super Pipe. Additional winter activities include cross-country skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, rental shops and licensed daycare, and more. The Village also has excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options as well.

Summer highlights include an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts with lessons, mountain biking trails, anda rolling skating rink. Nearby lakes and trails.

Just minutes away, explore North Lake Tahoe's pristine beaches for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, parasailing, or simply relaxing by the water.
North Shore Casinos are only about 10 minutes away for gaming, dining, and entertainment.

No hot water for winter vacation

We had a terrible experience during our vacation due to poor communication with the property manager. We faced an issue with no hot water in a snowy town, which left our family unable to shower for three days. This really ruined our trip. We spent the entire day trying to track down the property manager and the property's owner. We even had to pay to obtain the owner's name from the county. Unfortunately, they refused to fix the water issue for us. Our experience with this property management company was unacceptable.

Nice place

Nicely remodeled unit at the end of the block of homes, so felt private and had an amazing view. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed going to the pool via the bus. We also took a hike into The valley from the trailhead close by. Would definitely stay !

Great property with everything you need

We had a great weekend at this property. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Shuttle service for skiing was great. Property manager promptly responded to any questions. House was clean. The deck was great to sit in the afternoon sun post skiing. We would have liked to have used the grill but it was locked and the property manager said renters are not allowed to use due to concerns with starting fires. We would stay here again.

Great home in Northstar Tahoe!

This summer, our family had an enjoyable stay--and with our little dog, too! Location is great in Northstar--close to Truckee and the lake. The house was clean and nicely appointed. Communications with the managers were welcoming, timely and very helpful. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful location

Great location! Close to both Truckee and Tahoe. The views were incredible and private and the house slept all 8 of us comfortably. Beds we’re comfortable and even with no air conditioning, the house cooled quickly at night. Overall great place. We Got checked in early and the property manager got back to us quickly with any questions we had. However, there were spider webs everywhere. I mean everywhere. I understand we’re in the mountains but seeing that many in the living room, bedroom even a large one about 9 inches in diameter right above the shower head was a bit gross. Also if you have kids and want to go to the pool, it’s not free and it’s not in walking distance.( not even in the complex ) you have to shuttle to it. So that would have been good to know. With that being said it was still a nice place, once you overlook the spiders

Beautiful view

Lovely place to spend a few days in the mountains. Wonderful views, and very clean. Only downside is no AC and the temperature was in the 90’s. It cools down at night so we left the windows open. I would stay again!

Great Location in Northstar near Village

This is a great location, end unit, near Northstar Village. The unit is pretty clean and kitchen is well stocked. You have access to the village pool and trails. We had so much fun biking, hiking and swimming. Thank you to the amazing hosts/owners!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved this home. It was peaceful and rejuvenating and the views from the expansive deck can't be beat. There was plenty of room for our family of six (plus dog!) and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking meals. We can't wait to return!

Great condo in convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay there again. The condo is very cozy and welcoming. The posting very accurately describes the place. The furnishings are up to date and the beds are comfortable. The views from the dining/living area are very nice. The shuttle stop is very close (my 3-year old was able to walk there with no problem) and there is an app to request the shuttle. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. The only minor downside to the experience was that the downstairs bedrooms are below the dining/living area so footsteps and noise from upstairs can be heard in the downstairs bedrooms.

Very comfortable cabin. Kitchen was updated and very well equipped. As a bonus, lots of kids plates/dishes/utensils. There was also a crib. Was clean, good location in Northstar - we took the shuttle multiple times.

Cozy and Convenient

We had. Great time. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s so close to Northstar and the shuttle picks up right outside so that was nice to avoid parking fees. The beds and pillows were very comfy - super important. The kids went to the Rec center in the photos, but it cost 30 bucks to get them in, so that’s not included with the rental, but they enjoyed it. I took one star off of cleanliness because the place could use a deep clean. Not dirty at all, but just some Cobb webs and dust. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would book again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristis. Checking in was easy and property was exactly as described. When we noticed there was only one parking pass, I messaged the host and they quickly responded with a resolution! The location is amazing, with shuttle service to the village. We were very happy with our stay, especially with all the baby supplies (crib, monitor, gates, etc) that were available to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Northstar Village Condo

We absolutely loved renting out this condo, it’s a corner unit with amazing views and a fantastic sledding hill right next door. The unit was very clean and a great size for our group of 7. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay

This is a great place for a family that wants a quiet place to call home for a few days. It has a feeling of being in the woods while only being a few minutes away from the center of Northstar.

Lake Tahoe getaway

Overall this place was good and was adequate for my family including 4 kids ranging from age 10-17. The location was excellent with easy access to north Tahoe and included several hiking trails close to the condo, including several at the North Star resort. In fact, on our way out we even saw a bear and 3 cubs within the North Star area(about 2 miles from the condo). The back porch of the condo was a nice addition to allow even more space for our family. The only shortcomings with the condo was there was no AC and the weather was in the 90’s each day, the master shower was very small, and there were multiple cobwebs throughout the unit primarily around the light fixtures and in the corners.
