Upper floor: two(2) Master bedroom suites with king beds, large bathrooms, walk in closets and a private balcony, and two executive suites with queen beds including two en suite heated floor bathrooms. Den with futon and a flat screen TV. Main Level: bunk room with one 2 twin beds and an additional pull-out twin bed at lower bunk, one separate full-size bed, closets and a full bath. Office with queen pull-out couch. The open floor plan combining the gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge, dining room and family room with a 70" flat screen TV makes this house a great place to gather and socialize. Private sauna with Himalayan salt panel, large shower and resting area with heated bench and floors, adjacent to sauna. Separate half bath. Outdoor hot tub. This area also opens up to the outdoor entertainment area complete with a gourmet barbeque grill, fire place, ample seating and dining table. Air conditioning.

Minimum Stay Requirement: In accordance with Schaffer’s Mill community regulations, single-family homes must be booked for a minimum of 6 nights/7 days.

Parking (5 spaces): 3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

Club amenities are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).
