I got in around 1am just wanted to go to sleep. Front desk says I have to go move my car because the 4 car spots on the left are for electric cars… well there are 2 chargers and 4 spots I parked in the non charger spot. But still those spots are reserved for electric cars… ugh I just want to sleep it’s been a long trip. Then I walk in the room and am thinking ah water sounds nice and you can’t drink tap water in CA. But nooo they want $5 for a bottle of water from their terrible attempt at a mini bar. I’m thinking I need to just stay at cheap hotels from now on at least they get the basics right. They gave me 4 bottle of regular water at the crappy hotel I was stuck at the night before. ( is it that hard to spend $3.99 for a 32 pack?) I had water in my car but I’ll be damned if I’m walking back out there. I then wake up at 5:30 in the morning because the blinds are these modern cloth things that down block any light when you shut them and there is no blackout curtain because that would ruin the modern look they are going for. So I got in at 1am I’m thirsty tired and I had to wake up with the sun. And the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way!! It’s a barn door style that just hangs there and doesn’t actually shut the whole width of the doorway! My girlfriend lovvved that and there is no fan which make sense since the door doesn’t shut all the way haha Overall not a great experience the sheets were nice. Beds were rocks and my back is killing mr

The Staff are all wonderful. I love the hot tub and dry sauna. The mattress quality of the beds is inferior. The rooms are a little small for what we pay for. The dining is exquisite, but not always what I am willing to pay for. Having a lower-priced option available would be helpful.

Great place, great location, great check in process with super sweet young man at check in. Only there one night for a quick ski trip with a friend but will likely come again. Breakfast and service at Stella was underwhelming as was the service there but the hotel was great.

The stay was comfortable and the location was convenient. Staff members were not unfriendly but they also looked indifferent. Soundproof could be better especially for the doors. Noises came through every morning/night when other guests walked/talked in the corridor.

I arrived at around 3pm to check in and asked if I could get an upgrade. They upgraded me to a suite with a king bed, because it was a Tuesday night and not very crowded. This is my 2nd stay here in the past few months. It is really clean and cozy. The bed is really comfortable. Good parking close by, and super friendly staff! I’ll stay here again for sure! Everyone was so kind and very hospitable. The ice skating rink is across the street and all the food places are within a near drive. The young men working there were all so sweet and thoughtful, we had a great stay.
