The little blue house (70m2) is ideally located on the heights of Trois Ilets, in a luxury housing development, very quiet and flowery. Positioned North/East, it benefits from the trade winds.
On the first floor there is the kitchen equipped with the living room/TV area (smart TV), a laundry area with washing machine, and a separate toilet with washbasin, all with direct access to the terrace and the private garden where sun loungers and sunbeds await you in the greatest calm.

The little blue house can accommodate 4 people with its two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160, and the other with 2 single beds of 90), each with its own bathroom with shower, one of which has a toilet.
