"Nice, modern rooms. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Balcony with a view. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a pool and sun loungers. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us. The location is great — close to several places like Lisbon, shopping centers, etc. Free parking, and there was always space available. We had booked for 2 days but liked it so much that we stayed an extra day. When we checked out, we were given cookies for the road — a nice gesture."

"I had booked three nights but left after just one. The first thing we encountered was an old, dirty, and worn-out room. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, so you expect more. We were given a new room, but it was just as bad. There were ants everywhere – even the nightstand was crawling with them. I didn’t even open my suitcase out of fear that insects would get inside. The room and the hallways smelled of mold and dampness. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. To be fair, I was offered yet another room when I checked out, but by then I’d had enough – and honestly, that room probably wouldn’t have been any better either."
