The house is located in a quiet and well-connected area, in the heart of the village of Tricarico, offering an ideal central location for exploring Basilicata. Close to public transport and essential services, 100 m. shops.
Perfect for enjoying a perfect holiday due to the strategic position near Matera, the Lucanian Dolomites and other tourist centers. What about a relaxing break on the balcony overlooking the village of Tricarico, reachable on foot in 10 minutes? Given the size, it is suitable for families with children, having the possibility of adding two fold-out beds and a cot on request.
