«The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. I even found a stray bobby pin on the floor after stepping on it. There were also stink bugs everywhere. While there was a sign at check-in warning guests about them, I wasn't expecting to find several in my room. It was honestly pretty gross and made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. «My grandson said it best when he said don’t judge a book by its cover. Pulling into the property we were a little hesitant and even was looking at canceling and going elsewhere. But upon checking in and going into our room it was very clean and very nice and spacious. I would suggest doing some cosmetic work to the property. Breakfast was good.»

«Room was nice, tiny pillows! Room is to look after 4 people with only one hook for towels, petty I know. Water pressure for the shower was poor and the bathroom faucet was sloppy. Maid service was poor at best, had to request towel and bed service twice over the week and bed service was only was done once. Breakfast? Trash, pool? cloudy, ice machines? only one worked on the property, Room a/c? No way to turn off the fan so noisey all night. The staff overall were great, friendly and courteous.»
