This 180 m² home comes with access to a community pool for a small number of residents, as well as private, secure parking.
A pétanque court for evenings with friends or family, a large garage, and a ping-pong table.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with 160x200 double beds.
A study with a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two people (90 x 190).
A dormitory with two bunk beds, plus pull-out beds under the bunk beds, for a total of six sleeping spots; however, the pull-out beds are not intended for adults (suitable for teens at most).

Bedding and towels are provided.

Our thoughtfully designed and well-equipped home is located in the center of the village of Tresserve, a 2-minute walk from a delightful bakery, a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a hair salon. Larger supermarkets are an 8-minute walk away.

You’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air in complete privacy in this 180 m² home: 3 bedrooms, an office, 2 living rooms, and a large open-concept kitchen/dining area. You’ll have access to a community pool shared with a small number of residents, as well as private, secure parking. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque in the garden, plenty of books and toys for children, board games, and a game of ping-pong with friends and family.

The house is the ideal spot for an outdoor getaway, at the heart of many adventures around Lake Bourget, France’s largest natural lake: swimming, fishing, sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving… While you’re here, be sure to explore the fantastic hiking and biking trails in the Bauges and Chartreuse Nature Parks! Mont Revard (1,550 m above sea level—mountain biking, alpine skiing, and extensive cross-country ski trails) is 40 minutes away. A fantastic golf course, open year-round, is also just a short drive away (five minutes). Tresserve, Aix-les-Bains, and Lake Bourget also offer culinary delights, including famous Michelin-starred restaurants! While Tresserve offers just the right amount of seclusion, you’re only two kilometers from downtown Aix-les-Bains for shopping, quaint cafés, restaurants, or a relaxing Sunday stroll along the Riviera des Alpes.

The residence’s pool has been open since late April this year so that it’s at the right temperature as soon as the sunny days arrive. You can enjoy it from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day; the information below will help you make the most of your time here with complete peace of mind.


In early July, as agreed, sun loungers available for free use by all co-owners will be set up around the pool. We ask that you help keep this equipment in good condition so that this financial investment will last for many seasons. Any damage must be reported and paid for individually by the person responsible or their representative.

Safety: The gate leading to the pool must be closed by the last person to leave, even during the day, for the safety of children.

Hygiene: The proliferation of green algae in the pool over several weeks last year should make us even more mindful of our routines this year:
Walking barefoot through the footbath and taking a shower before swimming are mandatory.
Shoes worn outside must be left at the entrance. Lightweight shoes intended solely for use at the pool are permitted, given how hot the pool deck tiles can get in the summer.
Pets are not allowed.
Snacking is recommended outside the pool area (on the lawn at the entrance), and please be sure to take your trash with you.
The pool restrooms are open during the season, except in August, and must be left clean and the lights turned off after each use.
Community Guidelines: The pool is reserved for residents of the condominium and their guests (who must be accompanied by a resident or staying temporarily) and who have been informed of the rules and are expected to follow them during their stay. Each co-owner is responsible for ensuring that the number of swimmers and their activities comply with the above guidelines and do not disturb other residents. Floating objects and ball games are permitted provided they are not excessively large and do not cause a nuisance to the community.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) The parties declare that the premises covered by this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. This lease does not pertain to premises rented for use as a primary residence or for mixed professional and primary residential use. Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations shall be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the amended decree of December 28, 1976, and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code.
b) Check-in times are normally scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., except in the case of self-check-in via a key box.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
c) Cancellation terms without cancellation insurance coverage through SAS AJILE.
Any cancellation must be notified by certified mail with return receipt requested addressed to the owner, and sent to:

1. Cancellation before arrival at the property
The deposit is retained by the owner.
a) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the owner may retain the deposit and the balance of the total cost of the stay.
b) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the owner may retain 50% of the balance of the total cost of the stay.
If the tenant does not check in within 24 hours of the arrival date specified in the contract, this contract becomes null and void, and the owner may make the accommodation available to others. The deposit and the balance of the rental payment shall also be retained by the owner.
2. If the stay is cut short, for any reason whatsoever.
The rental price shall be retained by the owner. No refund will be issued.

Cancellation terms with cancellation insurance purchased from SAS AJILE.
1. What is covered?
Cancellation of stay: reimbursement of deposits or any amount retained by the service provider in the event of complete cancellation of the rental due to:
• Illness, accident, or death, including COVID-19 coverage
• Other cancellation clauses.
Costs of trip interruption: reimbursement of unused ground services due to early return.
COVID-19 coverage in the event of illness or death
Late arrival of more than 24 hours
COVID-19 coverage in the event of illness or death
Civil liability of the renter, including civil liability for entrusted personal property
Sports equipment: rental of equipment in the event of breakage or theft of personal equipment

2. What is not covered?
Illness requiring psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, including nervous breakdowns that did not require a minimum of 3 days of hospitalization at the time of trip cancellation;
Complications arising from pregnancy occurring after the sixth month of pregnancy and, in all cases, pregnancy, voluntary termination of pregnancy, childbirth, in vitro fertilization, and their consequences
Illness or accident that was first diagnosed, relapsed, worsened, or resulted in hospitalization between the date of purchase of the trip and the date the insurance policy was issued;
Strikes and actions by employees of the trip organizer and/or the policyholder, and/or those that began before the policy’s effective date or for which a public notice of intent had been issued prior to that date;
Any failure of any kind, including financial failure, on the part of your travel organizer or the carrier, rendering the fulfillment of their contractual obligations impossible.
d) The Tenant shall use the rented accommodation in a peaceful manner. The Tenant must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, particularly noise emitted by radios, televisions, and other devices. The Tenant shall comply with the maximum number of people allowed in the premises. If the number of people occupying the rental exceeds the number specified in the contract, a surcharge of €200 per person per NIGHT will be charged.
e) The Tenant shall maintain the rented property and return it in a clean condition and with all necessary repairs completed at the end of the lease. All facilities are deemed to have been handed over to the Tenant in working order, and any complaints regarding them arising more than 24 hours after the Tenant takes possession of the premises will not be accepted. If applicable, the Landlord shall be entitled to charge the Tenant upon departure for the cost of cleaning the rented premises and its equipment, the total replacement value of any objects, furnishings, or equipment that are broken, cracked, chipped, or damaged, as well as those showing wear and tear exceeding what is normal for the duration of the lease.
f) The Tenant may not bring any claim against the Landlord in the event of theft or damage to the leased premises.
