The extended stay area has some terrible guests. As early as 4:30 am they’re up arguing and being loud and cursing. I understand that this is where they live for now but travelers like me who have to be in town prefer to cook which is why I chose extended stays. I appreciated a full size refrigerator. I brought my own hot plate. The cleaning staff need monitoring they don’t clean well or seem to report things that need fixing. My bed sheets were terribly ripped. I had to get my own bedding. The toilet tank was cracked and the toilet is leaking water inside the tank the water was constantly running. I took pictures and let the front desk know from my first day. Nobody came to look. The staff at the front desk are pleasant. The refrigerator was clean I must add that. Overall, I wouldn’t use the extended stay area again. Those people have serious issues and need help based on what I heard and saw. It’s still a hotel though. People can still have pride and decorum and consider that other guests expect quiet. I love that the hotel is well lit. I felt safe. I appreciated that I was refunded because the weather made me check out early. The hotel is 8 minutes from my family so I appreciated the location. But the management needs a better handle on the cleaning staff and the extended stay guests. Those two things are the only things that wouldn’t make me return.
