Hoteller nær Treenighetskirken

«I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing»

«Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example).»

«It was a lovely stay that I had at Urbano Hotel - a beautifully and clean hotel with very warm and helpful staff. If I visit Accra again, Urbano will still be my choice.»

«Ved ankomst hadde ikke hotellet registrert at vi var 3 voksne på ett rom, og hadde tildelt oss et "standard enkeltrom" som de selv kalte det for. «Rent og fint, gode senger, god frokost, ingen mygg eller andre kryp. Alt en trenger for et jobopphold.»

At one point, the entire front room had no power, and the bathroom lighting was not working properly. I had to shower in the dark. The host said maintenance was working on the lights, but I was not given a clear time for the repair. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I was told it would come every other ...

«The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! (I had to buy phone credits to show them since their wireless wasn't working!!) The staff member I interacted with the next day, the manager, was much more ...
