What makes Harbour’s Edge unique:

This property features a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom main house and a separate apartment above the garage—giving you 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This setup is perfect for multi-generational families, groups of friends, or anyone who appreciates extra privacy and space.

Main House Sleeping Arrangements: Primary king bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, Second queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, Third bedroom with two queen-size bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people (great for kids, teens, or extra adults). Each bathroom in the main house includes a shower or bathtub; the Master Bathroom has both, including a hair dryer. Fresh towels are in each bathroom.

Apartment (Above the Garage): Private apartment with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment offers additional privacy, perfect for couples, in-laws, or guests who want their own space while staying close to the main house.

Highlights & Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with glassware, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and more. Two complimentary refillable drinking water jugs (see photos); refillable nearby at the convenience store as you enter Treasure Cay, Central air conditioning throughout the home, There are Internet-connected TVs in each bedroom and the living room, where you can stream your favorite apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). Spacious living and dining areas for gathering together. Washer and dryer with extra towels stocked for your use. Dedicated office space with a printer for remote work or travel documents.

Outdoor Features: Private dock directly at the property – perfect for bringing your boat or renting locally for island hopping and fishing. Large deck overlooking the harbor with outdoor dining and lounge seating. Porch swing for peaceful moments, watching the boats or wildlife. BBQ grill for outdoor cooking (instructions provided for safe use), Drying rack for swimsuits and towels.

Getting Around: A 4-seater golf cart is available for rent at $50 per day and must be reserved in advance for a fixed rental period.

To ensure availability, the golf cart rental must be confirmed and prepaid before use. Daily or partial-use arrangements are not available.

Once reserved, the golf cart is held exclusively for your stay and is charged for the full rental period, regardless of usage.
Unauthorized use of the golf cart is not permitted.

Please note: The golf cart is electric and must be plugged in to charge after each use to ensure it is ready for the next trip.

Treasure Cay’s marina, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach are just an 8-minute golf cart ride away, making it a fun and convenient way to explore the area.

Additional Notes for Your Stay: Harbour’s Edge has an automatic generator for uninterrupted comfort in power outages. A few bottles of alcohol/liquor are available in the house; kindly replace any you use before checkout. We recommend enjoying outdoor meals earlier or indoors, as flies and “no-see-ums” can be present around dawn and dusk.
