Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Neon Nest”, a bright and inviting townhouse in the heart of Traverse City. Walk to beaches, breweries, and restaurants, then come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, chair, plus Pack & Play, toys, and children’s games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dual nightstands with reading lamps, closet.
For extra flexibility, a twin roll-out bed is available, allowing the home to sleep 7 guests + 1 infant. A rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so everyone can get ready without waiting.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Stainless steel appliances - Instant Pot, blender, toaster - Coffee station with coffee & tea - Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair - Seating for 2 at the island and 6 at the dining table makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable.
The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing with:
- Plush sofas - Flatscreen TV - Fireplace - Kids’ books, toys, and board games - Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks on the outdoor furniture.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ There is one designated outdoor parking spot labeled `954`.
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 for up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.
•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs, and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.
•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up deification immediately.
•Please keep your animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability.

If you want to stay in a super fun decorated, creative happy place then pick this place. Great location to downtown and the mission Peninsula. We absolutely loved our stay.
We loved our stay here. It was super convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The layout was nice and the decor was cute! We would definitely stay again!
I was surprised how much i enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! A giant park really close by that’s great for kids. Very very clean and comfortable.

A group of friends decided to get away for the new years weekend and this place was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together and also private enough for everyone to have their own space. The space was very clean and accurately advertised.
Great townhouse in a great location. Very clean and well-equipped and so nice to have a garage! Easy walk to downtown TC, yet far enough away from noise and traffic. Photos and description are accurate. This was our third stay and plan on returning again.

Great communication-townhouse did not disappoint
The space was fine, the garage access was very nice, and the management company was easy to communicate with.
It was clean and centrally located. We walked to downtown and to Brick wheels to rent bikes. Check in was easy and the host was responsive with any questions!
The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained with every amenity you could imagine. The property management company checked in on us upon arrival and throughout our weekend stay. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend!
