Leelanau condo on golf course close to beaches, wineries, sand dunes, and more

First floor newly updated studio condo located on the 18th fairway of Sugarloaf, The Old Course. We also rent a condo unit that is next to this rental so you may book both if you need room for two more! 1 mile from Good Harbor Beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets, and bonfires. The condo is near the The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the villages of Glen Arbor, Fishtown-Leland, and Sutton’s Bay. Bike trails, local shops, wineries, golf courses, charter fishing, rock hunting, ski resorts, and great restaurants are some of the highlights of things to do in the area.
Located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City.

Studio room includes 1 new King Termpur-Pedic bed, 2 sitting chairs and coffee table, linens, Cable TV, kitchen with dishes, pans, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, coffee cups, dish soap, dish cloth, dish towel, a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, and coffee pot with creamer, bathroom towels, hairdryer makeup mirror, all natural and organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap bar, lotion, and make up remover towelettes are included as well as 2 beach towels, cooler, and 2 beach chairs are in the room for you to use, and scenic views with beautiful sunsets overlooking Sugarloaf Mountain are for you to savor. Security camera in use at entry door.

The room was very nice and the amenities provided were above and beyond. However the description of the room which should have been rooms was that it was a one bedroom, there expecting the bedroom and living area were separate. The room should be listed as a small studio with a kitchenette. The other have of the owners property was quite large so we were very disappointed to be staying in a VRBO that was the size of a small hotel room with only a bed and a rocking chair to sit in . There should be at least a love seat. The property is lovely but the “studio” was cramped and I would not use this owner again for misrepresenting the property side we stayed in. I would never have booked a studio for a 5 day stay!

Jacqueline was easy to work with and gave us great recommendations for area restaurants, wineries and beach sunsets! My husband and I rented this condo for a long weekend away. It was a perfect launching point for everything we wanted to do in the area. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We hope to return to the area someday and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Well-appointed studio/condo on Old Sugar Loaf Golf Course was a comfortable base for enjoying beautiful Leelanau County. We had fun paddle boarding on Good Harbor Beach, golfing, visiting local wineries and restaurants and loved all the roadside stands for produce and baked goods. The host Jacqueline was very accessible and accommodating when we had any questions. Would definitely stay again another trip!

Anniversary Getaway

We celebrated our 5th anniversary with this getaway vacation. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved watching the golfers on the 18th hole from the patio. The condo was at a perfect location, convenient to going to all the places we wanted to do. Jackie and Frank were wonderful host, made us feel very comfortable.

Beautiful One Room Efficiency!

Neat and tidy. Everything that you’ll need and right on the golf course. The Efficiency is on Sugarloaf Mountain within a 5 min of one of the best beaches in the area. This Efficiency is situated within 15-20 min of wineries, restaurants, and the spectacular sand dunes.

We were so happy with our stay. The host was communicative and kind. The unit was the cleanest vacation rental we can remember staying in. Nice quiet location with a fun golf course and close driving distance to Glen Arbor and Leland. Certain touches really added to the quality of the experience, such as the air purifier, highly effective AC, and coffee and snacks provided. Thank you, Jacquline and Frank!

Amazing two night getaway!

Perfect up north get away, quiet and beautiful

My husband and I were looking for a very quiet and beautiful get away in October. This place met every requirement. We found it to be very peaceful, quiet, beautiful and very much left alone. The condo had everything that you could need in a weekend. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of all the little details. 10x better than any hotel. The view is perfect. Location was close to all the points we wanted to check off our list. We would highly recommend to all our friends and relatives.

Charming condo

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. This is a great location, close to Glen Arbor and the Leelanau peninsula. There’s not a ton of space, but everything is perfectly appointed and well done. We spent most of our time out and about, visiting wineries and taking in all the beauty of the area. At the end of our days this was a great spot to return to.
