❄️ Winter Dome Experience Overview
Our dome is made from marine-grade vinyl, which provides excellent protection from the elements, but it is not insulated like a traditional cabin or lodge. Because of this, the interior can get cooler in the winter months, especially at night.
To help keep you comfortable, we provide:
-Space heaters to warm up the space
-An extra blanket for cozy evenings
We encourage guests to pack and plan accordingly — warm layers, slippers, and extra cozy gear can make your stay much more enjoyable.
Please note that this is a glamping style experience, offering a unique connection to nature with the comfort of modern amenities — but it’s not a heated winter lodge.

You` have full access to the entire property including the 14 acres

We will be available to help answer any questions during your stay

The Dome is located on a secluded 14 acres with a beautiful stream running through the middle of the property. There are other homes in the area so please be mindful of excessive loud noise at night

The driveway has a turnaround and can safely accommodate parking for 3 vehicles

The driveway is gravel, and is a bit steep in a few places, however we have not had anyone get stuck. In case of snowy or icy conditions, AWD or 4x4 is required to access driveway. If you dont feel comfortable, you can always park on the side on the road and walk to the dome, it is about an 800ft driveway.
You are in bear country so DO NOT leave any food out in your cars, the grill, the deck, or by the fire pit outside.
Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.
