«Im general we had a good stay. The room was clean and the service was good. Internet connection was really good, and there was plenty of space for parking. The breakfast was better than most Italian hotels, and included in addition to the standard varieties of coffee, cakes and cornetto also yoghurt, musli, bacon and scrambled egg. «Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is....
