Lake Toya Terrace House

The facility has a fairly spacious floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, including dishes/ rice cooker/ electric kettle/ microwave oven.

Available from 4:00 p.m.
Early check-in is not possible in principle.
If you wish to check in early for any reason, please confirm with the host by the morning of the check-in day.
We will decide whether it is possible or not depending on the reservation status and cleaning conditions.
If it is possible, an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour will be added.

Up to 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out is not available.
If you make the cleaning staff wait, we will charge you a penalty, so we ask for your cooperation in checking out by 10:00.

〇We ask that you keep quiet after 10:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.

*Our lodge is nestled in the heart of nature, and depending on the season, insects may enter the rooms. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this when making a reservation. Please note that cancellations due to the presence of insects are not accepted.
