time, the queen sofa sleeper provides a comfortable spot to rest your head and

a matching loveseat seat for relaxing or enjoying a movie night on the flat-

screen TV. With plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows,

you can enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains scenery. Make yourself at home in

this charming space, where relaxation and entertainment blend perfectly.

Prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. It has all the

essentials and features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove,

and microwave. Brew a fresh pot of coffee in the morning using the coffee

maker, or whip up a hearty breakfast for your group. When it's time to sit

down and enjoy your meal, gather around the 6-person dining table, perfect for

sharing stories and making memories with friends and family. Whether cooking a

family feast or enjoying a hearty breakfast, this kitchen is designed to make

the four wooden rocking chairs or the hammock seat, perfect for sipping your

morning coffee. The highlight of the outdoor living space is the hot tub,

where you can soak away your worries and relax under the stars. For those who

love to cook, a charcoal grill is provided for your convenience. The peaceful

surroundings and modern amenities make the outdoor living area perfect for

creating lasting memories.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle, featuring a slightly steep

road leading to a gravel driveway with level parking available for two cars.

Dollar General and Kroger are conveniently located nearby. It's just 20

minutes to Pigeon Forge, 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 40 minutes to

Gatlinburg. With such a fantastic location, you're only a short drive away

from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge offers.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

This property has an electric fireplace, which is available year-round.

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be
