- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom,

The house has an alarm (deactivated during rentals) and a presence detector on the terrace, without capturing or recording images.

Located in a particularly quiet environment, the house enjoys a beautiful light and an exceptional view of the valley of the Touques.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.
