"Great experience at Nya! We got upgraded to a room with a terrace and we enjoyed the hotel's excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. We also got surprised with treats every day at the room and the staff placed umbrellas at the rooms when it rained. The breakfast is served a la carte and not as a buffet but the dishes are of very high quality and taste. Also comes with fresh juice and really good coffee. AC in the rooms were superb and ensured that we could get away from the heat easily when needed. Also loved that it had so many spots for relaxation in hammocks and the great location close to both the beach and the Montezuma town center. Only negative I would say is that some of the staff (just a few) were not super service minded, and there was at times some noise from other rooms and animals outside. All in all, an excellent hotel I would love to come back to."
