Hoteller i Torre San Severo

"When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms properly. It would have made the experience so much better for us. We also discovered that there was fungus in the shower in the rooms. The staff was service-minded and pleasant. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view. The buildings and facilities in general, such as the pool, were ok, but appeared to be quite worn. Good food and very good wine."
