Vi lå her kun en natt, men kunne godt bodd her lenger. Vi var kun på reise videre, derfor litt kort opphold. Flott hotell fin beliggenhet.

Vi var her en uke og reiser gjerne tilbake. Ser på TripAdvisor at det blir anbefalt å ha eller leie bil. Vi klarte oss uten, men hotellet har shuttle service t/r til jernbanen når gjester ønsket det. Fantastisk service og god mat.

Nice hotel with good service and view.
Very nice hotel with great balcony, staff, pool and view. The location is a little outside pompei and fits best if you will visit Vesuv from the south side. Buses are then mandatory from parking space 1-2km from the hotel.

Just loved the hotel
We just loved the hotel - so stayed a day more than planned. Only downside - we had to ask for soap and shampoo - because the room was not cleaned while staying there - this is the only 4 star hotel I have stayed in without dayli cleaning. The service at lunch was great - the servant was charming and helpfull!

Meget bra restaurang på hotellet
Fint hotel ved foten av Wesu og nært pompei. Et bra hotell med rent baseng og områder. Meget bra restaurang med mat av yperste kvalitet. Fin frokost med friske fruk. God service. Dette vill jeg anbefale til flere.

Das Hotel am Fuß des Vesuvs ist ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Pool mit Polbar. Ein weiterer wird gerade gebaut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, so dass es leicht war die Umgebung (Vesuv, Neapel, Kirche in der Nähe u. v. a. zu besuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Gaststätte Marianna etwa 1 km entfernt.

Had garden view room with a nice balcony. Pool was refreshing and clean, with Thomazo at pool side bar service. Lemon trees growing all around boasting fragance. Included breakfast was lovely to enjoy along with the views. Lots of parking available. Front desk staff and housekeeping were great!

The staff was great! Everyone so nice and helpful- the grounds were beautiful and the pool and facilities were great. As a traveler, it was really expensive to travel in and out of Napoli from here. Uber and taxi do not pick up so the shuttle was expensive depending on where you were going. That was for 2 people. Uber and taxi will not take you or pick up to/from the hotel. That was so important to know before i booked, i would have picked closer as i spent over 400 on just shuttle to go do my excursions.

Very helpful and curteous staff, ample parking and very good facilities - swimming pool, sunbeds etc. Great location for both Pompei and Vesuvius, 25 min from naples airport and 50 min from Sorrento. Amazing views of Naples and Mt Vesuvius.

Absolutely amazing experience. The property is in a great, very accessible location. Has spectacular views, outstanding food, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, it was one of the single best experiences of my life and I will be returning at my earliest possible opportunity. Beautiful setting with vesuvius on one side, sea on the other with capri. Lots of lemon bushes in flower in April and other beautiful plants. Pool not heated but we still used it lots. Staff very helpful and printed out boarding pass, guidance on where to park etc

Bel hôtel avec un personnel dévoué et une position centrale pour rayonner autour de Naples. Pompéi est une belle ville pour les boutiques et restaurants juste à côté. La piscine est bien entretenue et très agréable.

Great stay outside of Pompeii! The staff is very friendly and let us park and leave our car to avoid the traffic around Pompeii region, the area is very quiet, and the restaurant downstairs is very good! The included breakfast was good, and the views overlooking Vesuvius and the bay are beautiful! The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, would definitely stay again!

First of all, I commend Dominica and Antonio for their exemplary service and helping welcome us in the property. The hotel is near Pompeii and Herculaneum, two important archeological sites. The seafood dinner was great. The hotel has a great view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The reason that my rating is not a perfect 10 was that when I was paying for my hotel bill on the last day, the credit card machine did not work as it did not connect to the network and this is bad for a 4-star hotel whose guests pays by credit card. Nothing was wrong with my credit card, but the hotel staff said their machine could not connect to the network. They suggested I pay via PayPal. I did, but PayPal charged me a very bad exchange rate. My credit card uses the most current exchange rate and that day it was around $1.05 US dollar to 1 Euro, but Paypal's exchange rate was $1.10 US to 1 Euro. I ended up paying $20 more, and that $20 went to Paypal. I was penalized $20 since the hotel's credit card machine did not work. My advice to the hotel owners - get 2 or 3 machines and make sure it works. I would never use Paypal again to pay for a foreign hotel, because they make big money off the exchange rate. I lost $20, because of this. Not happy about this aspect. This is a logistics aspect that the hotel can solve, and I advice they get a better system. This is the first hotel whose credit card system does not work, and this is a 4-Star hotel. Please correct this logistics problem.

Pour tous ceux qui hésite entre un logement dans Naples ou celui ci, le choix est vite fait. Vous profiterez d'un hotel au calme loin des bruits de la ville. De plus l'hébergement propose un service de navette entre l'hotel et la station de metro (gratuit). Le personnel est à votre ecoute et tres chaleureux. Nous regrettons presque de quitter l'hotel pour visiter les alentours.

When the balcony of your panoramic room/floor has views on one side to Vesuvius and the coast down to Sorrento, overlooking Capri on the other, you know you’ve chosen a great hotel. Staff just lovely; prices much in keeping with 4* peers. Pool refreshingly cool & location handy for both Ercolano & Pompeii

Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Staff
The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely spot. The staff were so helpful and friendly, from giving advice to shuttling us down to the train station, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was and added bonus and made the hotel an absolute winner! Would definitely recommend.

Si no rentas auto, es un hotel poco conveniente. La propiedad es buena, las habitaciones amplias y el desayuno diario es el mismo pero no está mal. El manager (dueño) tuvo actitudes déspotas hacia nosotros pero en general la actitud del staff es buena.

The hotel was great and the staff were even better. They went out of their way to make our stay (and from what we saw, the stays of others) as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Highly Recommend
Loved our stay here! The hotel staff were so kind and treated us like family. Gorgeous hotel and stunning views. About a 10 minute drive from a street with many restaurants (highly recommend Capri Blue). Loved this hotel and very cute breakfast. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The property overall was very nice, it also looked like a very nice property to host a wedding. Our room in general was very good, the only thing I would say, is that the bathroom needs to be re-grouted and recaulked other than that my wife and I had a nice time. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They also offer a shuttle service if you want to go to one of the docks to take a ferry to the isle of Capri.

Bel hôtel dans un environnement assez sale, comme partout à Torre del Greco. Les rues aux alentours sont jonchées d immondices . Cela enlève beaucoup du charme. Il est nécessaire d être motorisé afin de profiter au mieux des alentours notamment des restaurants.

The owner and Manager were very hands on and eager to please the guests and help in any way they could to make their/our stay in their hotel as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lovely meal and wine and our room was upgraded so that we had the beautiful view of the Bay of Naploli and the Island of Capri every day. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were respectful but also fun. Breakfast was my favourite time as it was in a beautiful sunroom glazed all around and very spacious..bringing the outside in with beautiful coloured plants. Breakfast menues were excellent also. Antonio, The Manager, is one of the best we have had rhe pleasure to meet. He offered his services to organise trips for us to Pompeii with personal guide and Herculaneum and the City of Napoli Museum to see the artifacts from Pompeii and surrounding areas. He was genuinely pleased to help make our stay there as pleasant and informative as possible and really went over and beyond for us. The owner, Luciano, of the hotel was also hands on at breakfast greeting his guests and serving too. Plus he cooked for us as well on a few occasions and he introduced us to fish (sea bass) with pasta!! Delicious! He also was available to take us and guests to various places of interest like Pompeii and come back for us at a specific time or we could call when we wanted to be collected. If he was a real gentleman too. Lovely relaxing hotel.

Wonderful staff and property!
The staff at this hotel is simply amazing! The property is above the traffic of Naples in a lovely setting. Beautiful pool and accommodations. So wonderful to come back to after a busy day at Herculaneum and Villa Adriana.

Mostly good but one big bad.
Five nights.. clean, spacious rooms and friendly and accommodating staff. However, one big problem: this hotel has a ‘banquet’ room where 4 out of the five nights we were there, parties were going on with loud booming music, loud fue and sometimes children playing and shouting in the parking lot and around the hotel. Sleep was impossible during this time.

Excelente opcion cerca de Pompeya
Es un muy buen hotel, cerca de Pompeya. La habitación era comoda, bien iluminada y ventilada. La cama estuvo bien y las almohadas eran adecuadas. El desayuno estuvo bien, tenian tres opciones, uno vital, italiano e internacional , los tres estuvieron bien. La atención del personal de la recepción fue muy buena.
